Sales Consultant Position

Buckmaster Office Solutions is a local, stable 60+ year, 4th generation, office technology company. We provide copiers, printers and electronic document management systems for business applications. We’re currently looking to add friendly and driven individuals to our sales team. An ideal candidate would be disciplined, motivated, honest and excited about future growth. You have the ability to control your income through your efforts. Experience in business-to-business sales is helpful but not required.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Planning

• Create a written daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity plan
• Follow marketing/sales strategy set forth by Marketing & Sales Managers
• Promote any conventions, trade shows or product introductions

Prospecting

• Make new business calls in person, by phone and social media
• Keep records on potential buyers in company CRM system
• Provide the manager with accurate accounting on new-call activity on a routine basis

Account Management

• Be a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned account base
• Make the client aware of other services and actions that may help them
• Monitor the client’s budget, explain costs and negotiate new terms if necessary
• Provide progress reports to client and manager

Analyzing needs

• Determine prospects requirements
• Compare your solution with the competitors
• Have complete product knowledge of hardware/software solutions and service plans

Compensation

$3,000 Monthly (Plus Commission)

Field Service Technician Position

Buckmaster Office Solutions is a locally owned and highly respected provider of copiers, printers and document management technology. We’re currently seeking experienced field service technicians for copier, printer and MFP repair. We offer Ricoh brand copiers and DocuWare brand document management software. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in repairing Copiers, Printers and MFPs
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Capable in the area of software and networking with PC’s and Mac computers
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Ability to follow directions and read repair manuals
• Regular technical training for continued development of skills
• Ability to work as a team player and part of a business unit
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to reach, bend down, sit and stand for long periods at a time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/roll heavy machinery from time to time
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance
• Work an eight-hour shift and arrive to work on time

Compensation

Salary Range: $20 – $33 per hour depending upon experience and training
